Throughout her career, Cate has been motivated to make the world better one nonprofit at a time. She has helped nonprofits around the world raise millions of dollars, build large and loyal donor bases, and create data-driven advancement programs that fuel strategic, sustainable growth. 

Her expertise spans the full scope of nonprofit advancement - from crafting compelling, storytelling-centered appeals and annual reports that build lasting donor loyalty, to implementing corporate sponsorship packages, managing major events with meticulous attention to detail, and leading organizations through significant strategic planning and organizational change as both a board member and senior leader.
